He's probably some kind of damn hippie.

A Maro sorcerer, asleep for centuries, finally awakens to the light of a new age. Something along those lines. I did this for the Time Spiral deck, a couple years ago or less.

Drawn on frosted mylar, completed in Photoshop 6.
